WHAT WE'RE ABOUT

 Our personal trainers build a one of a kind program for each of their clients based on a fitness assessment, fitness goals, and body type. In our personal training programs we use  different types of training techniques to produce the best results for our clients. It is important to keep our client’s bodies guessing which will bring the best results. Our personal trainers believe nutrition in combination with supplements to be the number one rule in successfully reaching their client’s fitness goals with a healthy lifestyle and a balance of proper exercise. Our health and fitness programs are very unique compared to other personal training facilities. Our Personal trainers offer their clients a service that goes above and beyond anyone else in the fitness industry.

 Personal Training is our career and full time job. We are not aspiring actors.This is not a part-time job or stepping stone. We are 100% committed to help you achieve your goals!

We still live and practice what we teach. In the last 4 years we have achieved the Best of Mentor Physical fitness program, Top 10 in Best of Personal Trainers in Cleveland by City voter 2 years in a row! We won’t ask you to do anything we haven’t done or wouldn’t do ourselves. That experience translates into helping you reach and maintain your goals for years to come. Can your gym or trainer say the same?
