Meet The Team

Thomas Salvatore

Owner and Personal Trainer. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years. Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of different people in smaller private gyms and in large corporate gyms and now at YDMI have met my clients at different and, in some cases, difficult times in their lives. Every individual is unique and comes to me with their unique personal story and needs. I am proud that I have been able to help my clients re-engage in their own personal lives and reconnect with their own physicality because I understand the intimidation and self-consciousness that embarking on a journey like this can evoke. I am also a competitive bodybuilder having won the following titles: 1st place Natural Ohio physique division ,1st place Mr. Cincinnati bodybuilding division, 1st place Natural Ohio Bodybuilding division, and 1st place Pittsburgh Natural Eastern bodybuilding division.

Chris Strong

Licensed Massage Therapist. Hello, I am Chris and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since the end of 2014. I have been trained in various modalities and techniques specializing in therapeutic or medical massage, deep tissue, and headache and migraine massage.  An evaluation is offered to help determine possible needs for the use of massage, to begin locating the problem areas, and to create a tentative plan for further work*. I am very analytical and I will discuss what I find during the massage with you in nonmedical terms. If you have any questions I am happy to answer them at any time, so please don’t hesitate to ask.
