The Body Shop at YDM Fitness embodies the rich culture of fitness and confidence that was laid out by Thomas Salvatore when he originally founded the YDM brand in 2012. Whether you are an experienced weight lifter or just beginning on your fitness journey, The Body Shop offers a wide range of personal training opportunities that fit your lifestyle goals. Not looking for personal training? We also offer standard gym memberships, allowing 24/7 access to our facility year-round.
We understand that using a public gym can be uncomfortable for even the most experienced lifters, which is why we seek to create a personable, friendly, and inclusive environment within our gym, inspiring all of our clients to push themselves harder and embrace the process of building a healthy lifestyle.
