My name is Lina Eadon, and I am a part of an amazing YDM Fitness team.
I grew up in Eastern Europe, a tiny country- Lithuania. I was involved with my school's Track Team, Volleyball, Cheerleading, and competitive Ballroom Dancing/Coach for 10 years throughout high school.
Even though I am a Civil/Environmental Engineer I have always been passionate about nutrition and sports. After becoming a mother to three amazing girls (twins + one) I put everything on hold and became a stay-at-home Mama. While I Iove my family and am grateful for my life I lost myself along the way.
Something needed to change and that’s how I stumbled into YDM fitness and started to train with Tommy over 2 years ago. I was hoping that he could build my strength back after I had a knee injury. Little did I know, that it would help me emotionally and give me the confidence back that I was missing. I fell in love with strength training, which led to competing in the Bikini Division and Bodybuilding. With Tommy’s leadership, I won my PRO card in 2019 and have been competing since.
The lifestyle I adopted reminded me of how healthy and confident I wanted to feel. I began to grow a bigger passion for helping people overcome the mental block of being lost by sharing my passion for nutrition, and exercise, teaching ways to stay consistent and break the YO-YO diets. LOVE the body you are in!
I have been personal training at YDM since the Fall of 2020 (education through ACE and Tommy's leadership) and couldn’t imagine doing anything else. To me, this is NOT just a JOB. It’s important to see someone go through the experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong!
Please note at this time I am only taking morning clients until 1:00 PM. Come and check us out!
I grew up in Euclid, OH. I played Football in the 7th grade and broke my knee unfortunately but I didn’t give up my goal of playing football. Eventually, I healed and played Football and ran track for EHS. I made the News-Herald All-Star team in 2012 where I suffered a broken ankle.
I had an athletic scholarship to Notre Dame College. I couldn’t play anymore due to my injury so I lost my scholarship. During this time I was 18/19 years old and I had to get a job. I started working at the Dairy Mart where I picked up bad habits of excessive eating. I was going through a depression stage so all I did was eat and drink.
I started to notice a major change in my mood and of course my weight. I knew it was time to make a change but mentally I wasn’t ready yet. I stepped on the scale one day and the scale read 315 POUNDS! It was time to make a change. At the end of 2016, I started my fitness journey. It was a long road but it took hard work, dedication, and perseverance!
Toward the end of 2017, I lost 100 pounds. I was highly motivated and wanted to try something new! I wanted to be a bodybuilder. That’s when I met Tommy! He helped me reach a level that I never thought I could reach. In 2018 I did two bodybuilding competitions and became a Professional Bodybuilder by my second show!
I’ve been training for three years now and still a student in this industry I learned a lot from Tommy. I helped many people within my three years of training. Fitness has become a lifestyle for me but my overall goal is to help people reach their goals mentally and physically!
Growing up in Madison Ohio I have always been active and just liked being on the go. I was involved in Track, Cross Country, and Basketball throughout high school, however, my passion was Baton Twirling. I twirled and coached on a competition baton twirling team and also competed as a soloist with USTA, United States Twirling Association, for 15 years.
After I graduated from high school I attended the University of Toledo. Coming from a sports background I was focused on Exercise Science, but I was 18 and wanted to be on MTV so I changed that. I graduated from UT receiving my Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Media Studies.
I was a retail Store Manager for many years and traveled often to support new store openings. Later in my career, I picked up some unhealthy habits that led to weight gain. I'm someone who is high speed all the time and I was starting to feel sluggish.
I found YDM and started training with Tommy in 2017. I originally signed up for a six-month membership, but then I never left. I forgot how much I missed the fitness community and that re-kindled the spark to make it a part of my lifestyle and future career.
It's a great feeling to adjust the pin on a machine when you can move more weight and I want to help motivate and coach others to feel and do the same. I received my Personal Training Certification in December 2020 through NASM and competed in my first Bikini Body Building shows in Fall 2021.
My name is Zack Underwood, I’m from Madison, Ohio. I’m an avid golfer and after high school I went on to play golf at Lakeland Community College. After my time there I became the Assistant golf coach for eight years. During that time, I got my certificate from the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and became a personal trainer at Anytime Fitness. I was at Anytime for seven years where I have helped many clients. I myself competed in two Men’s Physique Completions in 2014. I have also competed in several Powerlifting meets in the federations of USAPL and USPA. I was also a referee for WRPF powerlifting federation. In 2018 I graduated from Franklin University and received my bachelor’s in Accounting and Forensic Accounting and currently work for the Ohio Auditor of States Office. I’m excited to be apart of the YDM personal training staff and look forward to helping clients work towards their fitness goals.
Hello! My name is Katia Ringler, and I am a health and wellness enthusiast looking to help others achieve their goals and take responsibility of their health! I am in my final year of undergrad studying health sciences at Cleveland State University with a focus in health promotion and working on receiving my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The gym is like a second home to me. I have been on both sides of health and wellness – personally and as a trainer – which has given me a unique perspective on the field and an awareness of the struggles that often accompany fitness. My journey started when I was in middle school and high school as a multi-sport athlete. I played volleyball and basketball year-round and occasionally lifted during my off-season. Once I got to college and my sports career ended, I made it a priority to move my body even though it was uncomfortable trying new things. Through this transition in my life, I discovered a passion for strength training and learning what I was capable of achieving. After consistently training for 2 years, I was ready for a new challenge which led me to compete in my first bodybuilding show. This decision brought me to Tommy and YDM Fitness and ultimately shaped the professional and person I am striving to become. Choosing a lifestyle that aligns with your goals and is sustainable for YOU is the foundation to living your happiest and healthiest life. I’m here to help others build confidence and strength in their body leading them to live a life they love! Invest in yourself and create the life you desire.
